Where architecture meets construction management
5th ART INC was founded with the vision of creating an architectural practice capable of looking at a project as a whole.
Beyond architectural and interior design, our approach integrates the different disciplines involved in construction, helping create greater consistency between design, planning, budgeting and execution.
From project coordination and technical documentation to construction planning and management, our goal is to establish a comprehensive process in which every decision contributes to the final result.
Based in Fort Myers and with plans to serve projects in Fort Myers, Miami and other Florida markets, 5th ART INC is built upon technical knowledge, responsibility and continuous improvement.
Harrison Rocha Corrêa Tavares
Architect | Founder & CEO
Harrison Rocha Corrêa Tavares graduated in Architecture and Urban Planning from Universidade Geraldo Di Biase (UGB), in Volta Redonda, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, in 2015.
His professional background combines architecture with hands-on experience in construction management and multidisciplinary project development, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and structural systems.
Throughout his career, Harrison has developed experience across multiple stages of the construction process — from site preparation, foundations and structural work to project coordination, execution, completion and post-construction support.
This comprehensive understanding of both design and construction became the foundation for the vision behind 5th ART INC.
A comprehensive approach to every project
Architecture is only one part of a successful construction project. Our vision is based on connecting design, technical disciplines, planning and execution from the beginning.
Architectural decisions are considered alongside the technical requirements of the project, creating a more coordinated approach to construction.
Our approach extends beyond design to consider budgeting, materials, labor, scheduling and the different stages involved in project execution.
Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural and other technical disciplines are considered as part of an integrated project strategy.
We believe responsible construction also means reducing unnecessary waste and seeking solutions that minimize the environmental impact associated with construction activities.
Building with Responsibility
We believe architecture and construction should consider not only the final result, but also the impact of the process.
Environmental responsibility is part of the vision behind 5th ART INC. Our approach seeks to reduce unnecessary construction waste, encourage thoughtful material planning and continuously identify opportunities to minimize the environmental impact associated with our projects.
